New to Buddyslim

Hi everyone!

I am new to Buddyslim.  I would love to have some encouragement to help me make daily exercise a natural part of my life.  I have lost 25 pounds since February 2007 mainly by changing my eating habits especially by reducing the number of cokes I drink and junk food that I eat.  I have just started exercising in the last three weeks and I have already noticed a difference in the way I feel and look.   My ultimate goal is to weigh between 125-135 pounds, be fit and have more energy to enjoy life.  I have between 20-30 pounds to lose to meet my goal.  I would still be considered overweight at 5 feet 2 inches tall but I don’t have the desire to be a size six!  I just want to get healthy and have more energy!  I have found some other websites during my weight loss journey that have been helpful to me.  Zenhabits.net, fitday.com, fittness magazine.com.   I hope to encourage others as well as receive encouragement!  Have a great day!
